What this website collects, and how we handle it.

1. Who we are

This website, doqura.co, is published by Doqura, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée, SAS) with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (“Doqura”, “we”, “us”). For the personal data described in this policy, Doqura is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For any question about your data, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

The only personal data you give us through this website is the email address you enter to join the waitlist. We do not ask for your name, an account, documents or payment details.

Your IP address is used briefly and automatically to protect the form against abuse, by limiting repeated submissions. We do not use it to identify you.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to confirm your place on the waitlist and to tell you when your access to Doqura opens.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit your email address. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove you.

4. Where your data is kept

When you join the waitlist, your email address is sent to our business inbox and added to a spreadsheet, both hosted by Microsoft in the European Union. It is also passed to Resend, a provider based in the United States, to send the emails. Emails are sent from the European Union, while Resend holds account data in the United States. That transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Who helps us run the site

We rely on a small number of service providers, each acting on our behalf. We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your email address for up to 3 years, or until you ask us to remove it or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. After that, it is deleted.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), www.cnil.fr.
